The Metro District Board’s functions are governed by a set of Bylaws approved by the Board of Directors and its areas of responsibilities are defined by a Service Plan authorized by the Douglas County Board of Commissioners.
Currently, the Board of the Perry Park Metropolitan District consists of five members, two serving until 2012 and three members serving until 2014. Board elections are held in May of the year a vacancy occurs. Applicants for a Board’s vacancy must be 21 years of age and a resident of the Metro District. The term of office is four years. The current members are:
